To secure your wedding or event booking, payment in full is required at the time of reservation. Please note that all wedding and event bookings are non-refundable. Once your date has been reserved, our team begins planning and allocating resources specifically for your event.

To ensure we can successfully achieve your desired look, we require each guest receiving hair services to submit a current photo of their hair along with at least one inspirational photo prior to the event. This allows our stylists to assess hair length, texture, and condition, and helps us determine whether the requested style can be completed within the allotted timeframe.

Please note that we do not offer à la carte blow-dry services for weddings and events. Instead, we create customized package rates based on your group's specific needs and desired services. This approach allows us to provide a smooth, coordinated experience and ensures adequate time is reserved for each member of your party.

Hair and makeup trials are available and highly recommended for brides and event hosts who would like to preview their look before the big day. Trial appointments may be scheduled separately and are available at an additional cost.
