Cancellation Policies

All appointments require a 50% deposit to book.

48 Hours Notice is required for cancellation/rescheduling in order to receive a refund of the deposit.

Same Day cancellations are considered No-Shows and will be charged the full service amount.

By booking an appointment and providing a deposit, you agree to these terms.

All weddings/events/carnival services require payment in full.  Photos of yourself, other guests in the event, and the requested work you are looking for are required for an accurate quote and should be emailed as soon as possible.  Weddings/events/ carnival appointments are non-refundable from the time of booking.

No exceptions. 

Covid Policies

At this time, our dedicated team of licensed professionals is continuing to perform intense sterilization protocols that have been standard in our industry for decades.  

 

Our staff do not wear masks.

Masks and proof of vaccination are not required for guests receiving services. 

We respect your decision to wear a mask if you so choose, please respect our choice to not wear one and also the decisions of our other patrons.
