Appointment Policies

To reserve your appointment, a 100% credit card deposit is required at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with 48+ hours' notice are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

For your convenience, appointments may be cancelled using the link provided in your booking confirmation email or text message. Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted via voicemail.

Appointments cancelled on the same day as the scheduled service will be considered a No-Show and will be charged the full service amount plus a 20% gratuity.

By booking an appointment and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Wedding & Event Policies

Full payment is required to reserve all wedding and event bookings. Dates and services are not guaranteed until payment has been received.

All wedding and event bookings are non-refundable.

To provide an accurate quote, we require:

  • A finalized guest count

  • A current photo of each guest receiving services

  • Inspiration photos of the desired hair and/or makeup look

This information allows our team to properly assess timing, staffing, and service needs to ensure a smooth and successful event experience.

Please note that we do not offer à la carte wash and blow-dry services for weddings and events. Wedding and event services are booked as customized packages and priced accordingly. Any services booked outside of the contracted package may be adjusted or cancelled to align with the event agreement.

Book Correct Service

To ensure accurate scheduling and pricing, please book services under the correct category.

Appointments booked incorrectly to obtain a lower price will be adjusted to the appropriate service at check-in, and pricing will be updated accordingly.

Examples include:

  • Booking a short-hair service when you have long hair

  • Omitting a gel removal service when one is required

  • Selecting a service category that does not accurately reflect the work being performed
