Cancellation Policies

All appointments require a 50% deposit to book.

48 Hours Notice is required for cancellation/rescheduling in order to receive a refund of the deposit.

Same Day cancellations are considered No-Shows and will be charged the full service amount.

By booking an appointment and providing a deposit, you agree to these terms.

All weddings/events/carnival services require a 50% deposit to book.  Photos of yourself, other guests in the event, and the requested work you are looking for are required for an accurate quote and should be emailed as soon as possible.  Remaining balance for weddings/events/carnival services are due 30 days prior to event date.  Failure to complete payment in full may result in cancellation of appointment(s) without refund.  Weddings/events/ carnival appointments are non-refundable from the time of booking.
