Cancellation Policies

All appointments require a 100% credit card deposit to book.

48 Hours Notice is required for cancellation/rescheduling in order to receive a refund of the deposit.  You can cancel an appointment by following the link that was texted/emailed to you at the time of booking.  Appointments cannot be cancelled by voicemail.

Same Day cancellations are considered No-Shows and will be charged the full service amount + a 20% gratuity.

By booking an appointment and providing a deposit, you agree to these terms.

No exceptions. 

Incorrect Bookings

To ensure fairness and accuracy for all clients, we kindly ask that services be booked under the correct category.

Booking an incorrect service in order to secure a lower rate will result in the appointment being corrected to the appropriate service at check-in, and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

For example: booking a service for short hair, but you have long hair or neglecting to book a gel removal service with your manicure to avoid the removal fee.

 

We truly appreciate your honesty and cooperation, as this helps us maintain smooth scheduling and quality service for everyone.

Weddings/Events

Payment in full is required for booking any/all events at West End Salon.  Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is received.  All weddings/events are non-refundable. Quotes can not be given until a total number of guests is decided upon along with photos of each guest and photos of the desired style/look.

 

​*Guests that attempt to book a la carte "wash and blow-dry" services at the time of the wedding/event will be cancelled or rate adjusted according to the terms of the contracted rates with the stylist team. Let's not make this awkward - stick to the contract. ;)
